Passable

- No Food availablity, (renovation process was going on) but in advertisement food was included.- No lift facility.- No secured privacy, Room is surrounded by corridors(pathway) by three sides from which anyone can slide open the windows from outside including the bathroom.

Hot water in the bath

The hotel staff wasn't aware that we are arriving and so they were not expecting us. The second room didn't have bed sheets. Very inefficient staff. No WIFI available though on the website it says free WIFI available. I called the previous day to conform for free WIFI and they guaranteed over phone for free WIFI. I had to pay extra money for data to access to my emails and messages.

The location was close to city centre and had several good restaurants close by.

The reception was on 1st floor. No lifts. Had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. The appearance of entrance n reception was a bit shoddy.

Everything about property was bad, no staff, no parking , no room service , everything mentioned in site is wrong , very bad customer service , really untidy , very bad experience

I booked a triple bed room for my stay through booking.com. after booking confirmation I called the hotel person and paid the total amount in advance to secure my room. But when I went there all the rooms were filled and they allotted a double bedroom room along with a additional bed. The room was so small and there was no place to walk around.And the most sad thing is, we can use the room only for 12 hours when it's booked using booking.comThose were the words from hotel receptionist and he continued that the doors are automated and the doors will be closed after 12 hours when it's booked on booking.com

There is no WiFi at all but it has been mentioned and there fore when I’m entering in to My room it’s totally no tower in my mobile so I have asked Wi-Fi there are using only in their system
